ACKNOWLEDGMENT

No single person builds a successful organization. I am forever grateful to the men and women who work at WWT; without them, this company would not exist nor would this book have been written. While it is not possible to list the individual names of the five-hundred-plus members of the WWT family, I would be remiss if I didn't acknowledge Jim Kavanaugh, who helped start WWT back in 1990, along with Joe Koenig and Tom Strunk, who joined us a few years later. Our shared commitment to excellence has evolved into a unique brand of leadership. Working as a team for many years, we have developed a strong bond that has spawned a special relationship among us rarely exhibited in the workplace. May God continue to richly bless these individuals and the WWT family.
